Purchasing online

How do I place an online wholesale order?
All you have to do is go to the product page and select the size, color, and amount you wish to order, then add it to your cart. From there you can choose your start and ship date for your delivery.

My order is not being accepted...why is this?

Sometimes there may be connectivity or other technical issues. If this occurs, feel free to email support or call us at 212-775-1100 and speak with one of our specialists to place your order. We are open Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm EST, excluding major US holidays.

Does Baci have season
al sales?
We do offer promotions from time to time but we pretty much always have a sale on selected items as well.

What is the benefit of creating an account?

Creating an account is a necessary step in the wholesale process that helps us better serve our customers by keeping your information on file, such as your billing address and shipping information.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel any time before checkout.  After that, we discourage the cancellation of orders because unlike others, we produce specially for you!

Why isn't my coupon code working?

Coupon codes cannot be combined or used on sale items. Please check your cart to be sure that this is not the case. If you are still experience issues feel free to contact us.

How do I choose sizes for my customers?
Simply click the size chart to find our general sizing. For garment-specific information, we have the measurements listed under each item.

How do I know if a product is available?

Not to worry, our system won’t let you order an item that's not available! If for any reason there is a technical issue with inventory, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchases.

Shipping and delivery


Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?
Your shipment cost will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the method you choose.  We offer a range of shipping options with UPS from Ground to Next Day Morning.

Where do you ship?

Baci ships anywhere in the United States and Internationally. For orders outside the US, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs, taxes, or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Can I track my order?

When your order is shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders will be shipped via UPS from New York within 2 business days (or less) of your order's ship date. You can expect your delivery between 3-10 business days depending on what state you’re in and your chosen delivery method.

Return and exchange

How do I go about returning a product purchased online? 
If you are unsatisfied with your product and wish to return, please adhere to the following guidelines:
  • Stores must inspect shipments immediately before adding to the sales floor or stock room.  You have 5 days to inspect for any issues and request an RA.  Items must be returned in it’s original condition. This means it must be unwashed, undamaged, unworn and with all tags attached! No returns are accepted without an RA number.
  • Please use tracking with your return.  We recommend using carriers such as UPS, USPS or Fedex. Keep the tracking number to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Baci is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Baci. All returns must be shipped to our warehouse at 140 Plymouth Street, Unit C, Brooklyn, NY 11201. ATTN: Online RA Department.
How long will it take for my refund to be issues?
Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 

Are delivery charges refundable?
Delivery charges are not refundable.

Can I return an item that I purchased on sale?
We're sorry, but all sale items are final.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We do offer COD Net 30, and Net 30 with Hilldun, our factoring company.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged once you have completed the checkout process.
